What is our approach to psychotherapy?

Our Center’s psychotherapy services are grounded in a cognitive-behavioral framework. Through a collaborative process, you will learn more about your condition, as well as about your moods, feelings, thoughts, and behaviors and how these interact. At our initial session, we will get to know about you and will begin to work with you to outline the goals you have for treatment. Together, we will then outline a plan of treatment and identify ways we can measure how well treatment is working for you.

Psychotherapy helps to you learn how to take direction of your life and respond to challenging situations by using healthy coping skills. Our goal is to assist you in re-establishing a satisfying sense of self and to reconnect with your own unique potential. We will work together to maximize your full participation in rewarding life activities - to living your best life.
