Our Practice
The Center for Rehabilitation Psychology and Neuropsychology, PC, offers a range of psychological and neuropsychological evaluation and intervention services for adolescent and adults aged 14 – 90+ with disability or chronic medical conditions.
We are honored to accept referrals from a broad range of physicians, psychologists, and other health care professionals. We also welcome self-referred individuals. Services provided include neuropsychological assessment, psychological assessment, supportive counseling/psychotherapy, cognitive rehabilitation, and caregiver support and consultation.

We support individuals whose lives have been altered by a significant illness or injury. Our approach offers evaluation and treatment for the mind and body. Through collaboration we assess, educate, and counsel our patients and their families, helping them to adapt, maximizing their unique potential.
